Interesting that the Victims are under time constraints while the enablers and perps have no time limits on their evil conduct. Until the laws are changed removing the Sol / Enacting Survivor Window the playing field will be tilted in favor of the criminals , thanks to some PA Legislators, chaput / catholic conference of bishops / lobbying firms and insurance companies.
