Your concerns in Philadelphia sound so similar to our troubles in Cincinnati. Fr. Geoff Drew had documented concerns, spanning decades, before, during and after seminary. He was investigated in 3 Ohio counties yet the Archdiocese of Cincinnati made him the pastor of one of the largest Catholic elementary schools in Ohio in 2018. Geoff Drew plead guilty to child rape in December 2021
Over 1300 concerned Catholics petitioned the Vatican for an investigation in fall 2019 to understand how this came to pass….. silence.
