This might explain the reason for the investigative delay.
Joe B.. I don’t like that comment’s author’s insulting remark about the victim’s mother being of Irish descent and therefore liking to sit around and drink with priests. Even if both were true, what professional (let alone an FBI investigator!) writes something like that on a blog? There is contempt for victims, sloppy logic and biased guesswork all through this comment.
Glad he’s retired. Heaven help the victims of these crimes.
