I ask this question to survivors on behalf of survivors struggling with healing.  I know that healing is ongoing, but what has helped you cope and heal so far? What has hurt or slowed your healing process?

"Honesty, Healing and Hope in Christ: Confronting Sexual Violence in Our Archdiocese," is a long overdue archdiocesan outreach to the parish level.
