Understanding PA’s Current Statute of Limitations Law for Child Sex Abuse

Here is the information you need to calculate if you can currently proceed with either a civil or criminal child sex abuse case in PA. It’s completely confusing, but the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape does a great job of explaining the law.

  1. Interesting that the Victims are under time constraints while the enablers and perps have no time limits on their evil conduct. Until the laws are changed removing the Sol / Enacting Survivor Window the playing field will be tilted in favor of the criminals , thanks to some PA Legislators, chaput / catholic conference of bishops / lobbying firms and insurance companies.
